Ocean Way, the Waterway and the Berths at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

Ocean Way is the road around the inner waterway of Sentosa Cove, and The Residences at W Sentosa Cove follows it for seven blocks. This guide looks at what living on the waterway means: the berths along the edge of the grounds, the marina beyond, and the waterfront places a short walk away.

The Residences at W Sentosa Cove and the Inner Waterway

Sentosa Cove was built around water. Its landed homes back onto canals, and its apartments look over the basin of the marina and the waterways that thread between the islands of the cove. The Residences at W Sentosa Cove sits on the inner side of that system, so its outlook is calm water, moored boats and the gardens of the neighbouring homes rather than the open strait.

The developer’s site plan places the gardens and pools between the blocks and the water, and marks a row of Yacht Berths along the waterway edge of the grounds. A Social & Viewing Deck looks out over the water, and from the upper storeys the masts of the marina fill the view.

The seven blocks follow Ocean Way around the waterway, with berths and gardens between the homes and the water.

The Berths and the Marina at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

The Yacht Berths on the site plan sit directly beside the grounds. The use and allocation of any berth are set out in the sale documents of a particular home, so the Sales Concierge confirms the position for any home you shortlist. Beyond the development, the ONE°15 Marina club on Cove Drive, about 370 metres away in a straight line, is the cove’s marina club.

Quayside Isle, the Neighbour of The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

Quayside Isle is the waterfront dining strip of the cove, a row of restaurants and cafés along the edge of the marina at 31 Ocean Way. From The Residences at W Sentosa Cove it is a short walk along Ocean Way, about 170 metres in a straight line, which makes it the everyday extension of the development: breakfast by the boats, an evening walk along the water, dinner without a drive.

The site plan shows where the berths and the viewing deck sit, and the elevation chart places every home by block and storey.
