Low-Rise Living at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

Most apartments at Sentosa Cove stand in towers. The Residences at W Sentosa Cove is six storeys high, laid along Ocean Way in seven blocks. This guide looks at what a low-rise home means day to day, and how the storeys differ.

Six Storeys at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

Every block at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove has six storeys over a basement car park, with the penthouses of the sixth storey running up into an attic level. No block rises above its neighbours, so the gardens, the pools and the waterway stay at the scale of the homes around them, and the walk from a front door to the pool deck is short.

The low height also means every storey is close to the landscape. The first-storey homes open straight onto private enclosed spaces; the second to fifth storeys look over the pools and the gardens through their balconies; and the sixth storey looks across the roofs to the marina and the skyline beyond.

Low-Rise Homes and Family Life at The Residences at W Sentosa Cove

For families, a low-rise development keeps children close to the ground: the Children’s Playground, the Play Pool and the lawns are a lift ride of a few floors away, and Quayside Isle Preparatory School is at the end of Ocean Way. The floor plan page shows each layout, and the gallery shows homes on the first and second storeys.
